As an IT Manager, Gagandeep specializes in overseeing enterprise IT infrastructure, managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory policies, and ensuring network security.
His expertise spans VMware ESXi, Sophos firewalls, Office 365 administration, and Synology/QNAP NAS solutions. He plays a key role in implementing IT policies, maintaining critical systems, and collaborating with vendors to optimize network hardware performance.
With a strong background in backup and disaster recovery using Datto, he ensures business continuity and data security. Additionally, Gagandeep has hands-on experience in computer diagnostics, system imaging, and hardware repairs.
